➡️ When will I receive my order?

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to 10 business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

➡️ How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. Note that we can only accept returns up-to 2 weeks after a customer has received their order. This means that once you receive your order, you have up to 2 weeks to initiate a return. 

➡️ Can I cancel or modify my order?

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

➡️ Do you have a sizing guide?

Our official size guide can be found here, but if you have sizing or fit questions for a specific hoodie, don't hesitate to reach out!

➡️ Are all Hoodies unisex?

Of course! All hoodies can be worn by anyone, however the Size Guide we used is is based on the average male body, so you might want to size down if this is not your case !

➡️ There's a Hoodie I want that I don't see on your website, can you look into order it?

Of course ! Send us a message in our "Contact Us" section including any relevant links & pictures of the Hoodie you are looking for. We will contact our suppliers and get back to you on whether we are able to include it on our website!

➡️ Why are your hoodies cheaper than larger brands?

We buy our hoodies in bulk from suppliers in China, with the large majority of the hoodies being returns from large stores that the suppliers have not been able resell. In most cases, this is because a new collection has dropped and the older hoodies get taken off the shelf. For this reason we are able to buy the hoodies at a premium, and sell them to customers at a cheaper price!
